Great feedback and support throughout my learning journey.
Quick and easy to sign up and complete in manageable sections.
My experience with learning curve was great, Tutor was supportive, we got on as a group which was great for practice work, assessments.
Well worded quick to fill application form as well quick response
Hi to all that have wrote a good and a bad review, I will say the tutors on the course are very helpful, and for who that do it for free and worry about a fee if you pull out of it, well I did 3 courses with them and to be honest I have had an excellent experience with them, the certificates do come through the door if you have passed it and you will only fail if you do not knuckle down meaning to just get on with it. You only have to do it once like most things in life. I have got my level 2 and 3 in cyber security and level 3 coding. So again if you are worried about fees, just complete the work and if you make a mistake you have plenty of time to put it right and the tutors are helpful. So please do not put learning curve group down. You will only fail if you don't try.
Very simple and easy to understand
It was interesting course of level 2 mental health in early years because I learned a lot more and I'm waiting my certificate to come through.
In my opinion some of the questions were not quite making sense eith answers
So easy to arrange
very easy to access
simple to use
Ok first the good free funding. yep thats it no more i have 2 childcare degrees and 20years experience working with children yet my tutor says my work isn't good enough to pass a lvl3 course. REALLY i'm writing at university level. DONT bother going here Their expectations and time limits are a joke. They say you owe £125 if you quit but as they are setting you up to fail and not providing adequate support and learning resources you could probably contest this and pay nothing. Typical generic response messages to reviews so probably a bot answering without anyone actually reading what you wrote.
Easy explanation of different scenarios, adoptable script.
I undertook a level 2 counselling certification I got free funding in my area. The course was well spread out although the questions were long and intensive for a level 2. It gave me the confidence to do the course and pursue the level 3 in future. The tutor was available however I would have preferred more tailored support but a great way to study in your own time
“I recently completed the Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences course, and it was very informative and well-structured. The content was clear, easy to follow, and provided valuable insights into childhood trauma and its impact. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to expand their knowledge in this area. Great experience overall!”
Do not waste your money or time on any courses here. I was on a level 2 hairdressing course in Chiswick for a year and all I can say is that it was a colossal waste of time. Extremely disorganised management specifically the Chiswick branch manager and my tutor - 11 months into the course I was still not enrolled because of admin issues - and my tutor couldn’t care less if I learned anything or not. Don’t think any tutor is going to stand next to you and watch how you work to help you, teach you or guide you. It won’t happen. Week by week I went in to just hang out the whole day or I filled in workbooks with learning I did on my own from google and you tube videos. No course resources were made available throughout the year because they haven’t enrolled me, pointing fingers at each other to justify their failings, then they sent me a certificate for level 1 with a spelling error in my name and 12 months later, I couldn’t finish the course because I will still not enrolled. Unable to access my account I couldn’t upload my work to be assessed. So now I still have to finish the course because of their terrible administration. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The only good thing that happened to me during the one year is that I met some lovely people in the course who were equally as dissatisfied. This is not an academy. This is a poorly managed course where nobody really cares about you or your learning. Stay away!
I have just completed my level 3 in counselling. My tutor Sam Tucker is amazing and so helpful.
I would like to give a massive thank you to the LCG Purple People for making all my courses very flexible and providing extra support, as I have a learning disability which impacts my studies. My support tutor, Lyndsey, is excellent and understanding. She carefully explains the questions, and I make notes while she explains. When we meet on Teams, she sees my answers and is very happy with how I manage the questions.
You can understand the questions and you get a choice of answers. For
Is very nice experience.i love to work with them
