Helpful feedback and guidance . Supportive
Wow, it was a great experience. The customer service is top notch. Thanks to Fiona been helpful. Thanks to my tutor from been accessible too.
Jane Melvin is a amazing tutor, she was very professional and supportive all way through the course!
I've decided to review the Chiswick salon after seeing another review about Rubi. Management should look into this. I went there twice. First time she was so rude to me acting all annoyed and defensive because I wanted a last minute root tint, and second time I witnessed her being rude to a student while I waited at the front desk. Not great! The salon always looks dirty and smells like a restaurant.
I am very pleased with the course. Learning Curve Group has really great teachers and excellent teaching methods. I really recommend it.
The way and manner of how the induction was given is very easy to understand without any hassles
I am 55, volunteering, with only one source of income, which is a work pension, and less than £17000 pa. I made my position very clear, and was told I qualified for funding. I completed unit 1 of my course over 3 weeks, then logged on to complete my first assessment, to find I no longer had access. Checking my emails, I found one received that day, stating I didn't qualify for funding, apoligies for any inconvenience! I emailed to enquire what had changed and was told I didn't qualify as I would need to be on benefits, or a low wage, or looking for work. Why would they assume I wasn't looking for work at 55! It was very upsetting and felt very unprofessional. I'm actually wondering if it's some sort of scam?
I loved the courses I did. Managed to complete 3 of the courses whilst on maternity leave. I wanted to keep my brain active but also get a few new qualifications to help while looking for a new job at the end of my maternity leave. Being able to complete the course around my schedule was great and all the tutors I had we're always super helpful and understanding of my circumstances. The UI used was really easy to navigate all the course material too. I would highly recommend
Paid to do corse but can’t enter. Clicked on access corse copy paste but where too? There isn’t anywhere to click
This course contained great information and I feel I learned a lot, but I found the learning platform difficult to use. Tt was so much reading, which was quite boring, with virtually no other learning tool or engagement tool in the course. Some things you had to click to open, but they just contained a lot more reading! The assessments mainly required you to remember and repeat what you'd read, rather than use the knowledge and think critically. The "additional activities" which were optional seemed way more useful, but these weren't marked and weren't required. As the course was about autism, I felt the platform could be way more neurodivergent friendly.
The Learning Group Level 3 Counselling course has been easy to apply for, access and the tutors and customer service team have been able to help me with extensions when needed. The content of the course was sufficiently challenging to get my brain working and I really enjoyed completing the assessments. I am hoping to progress to Level 4 at some point, so this course is the pre-requisite for accessing Level 4.
Once I was actually enrolled on the correct course, which was somewhat problematical, things were really good. The information to study was clearly presented, the team for advice were easily accessible and always very helpful .The team didn`t mind how insignificant or simple the questions asked of them were and wanted to make sure that you were fully informed and well looked after. Feedback on questions answered on the course was very practical and helpful.
I had a few problems with setting up the course as I'm not into computer work ,I prefer classroom work but once I got into it I enjoy the course thanks to Joseph Matthews. As feedback, I would have liked to know what questions I got wrong ie I got 90% Wright so it would be helpful to know what I got wrong it might help in the future.
It is a very nice course and assistance all the time you need. I recommend it.
SCAMMERS, asked for my information in return for a £50 Amazon voucher, never received. Seems dodgy company and avoids emails. AVOID.
i really enjoyed it. The online session was really helpful.
Great learning resource and knowledgeable tutors who are there to assist you along the way. A practical way of learning virtually, but also applying the knowledge to case studies.
Great advice and guidance and really enjoyed the course , would recommend.
Brilliant course and easy to follow. It is set out with deadlines so you can see how long you have to complete certain sections and it’s easy to pace yourself with it too. More support could have been given, particularly when I reached out to my tutor but had no reply but the course was great, and it was marked quite quickly. Would recommend!
Very supportive tutors and customer service. Recommended
