The actual course itself was great and very informative and I would totally use the company again for any future learning I decide to undertake however I waiting for the actual proof that you have passed the course takes literally ages. I passed my course back in January and I only received the confirmation that I had passed in the last couple of weeks and I’m still waiting on my actual certificate.

Rating: 4/5 I have really enjoyed my Cyber Security course with Learning Curve Group. The content was informative and well-organized, and the tutor was very helpful throughout the course. The customer service team was also responsive and supportive, which made the learning process smoother. One small issue I faced was that I had to manually type each answer on the answer sheet, rather than being able to copy and paste from my own notes. This was a bit time-consuming, but overall it didn’t take away from the positive experience. I would definitely recommend Learning Curve Group to anyone looking to upskill and pursue new qualifications.

Your customer service was impeccable. However, the tutor that I had assigned to me was truly, truly awful. Unresponsive or very slow to respond and unhelpful and gave contradictory information.

Hands on training .just answering questions does not help you become a coder

The studying tools provided were very good and the content was suitable for the course I studied. I did however have three different tutors during my course. This often meant my assignments took longer than expected to be marked and at one point I had to ask for an extension because I was asked to do a resubmissions during the week a new assignment was due. Successfully passed my course and the feedback from my tutors was very helpful and helped very much.
