The Sony camera I bought was sold at an excellent price. I ordered the camera on Friday and it was delivered the following day - great service. The camera was very well packaged. On inspection, the camera was (to me) in perfect condition and I am really impressed with the camera and with the speed and efficiency of LCE Gloucester and DPD.

Very quick service. Was stated that it could take up to 14 working days but was delivered in 4 days from order.

Brilliant service, goods arrived as promised, were well wrapped. The DPD service was good, with a secure pin system adding confidence that the parcel would not be chucked at my house (or another!).

Good advice, great service

Sent the wrong lens. No response to emails. Had to open a dispute with paypal. I have bought many times from LCE and they have always been excellent. On this occasion the opposite is true.

Purchasing through LCE branches used to be circuitous, having to apply in an online form for a purchase link that would be emailed, but now it is so much more straightforward. Customer Service across multiple branches has been timely and responsive, and delivery is often next day. Decent warranty cements buyer confidence for a stress free transaction. Highly recommended.

This is not the first time that I have purchased a used item from London Camera Exchange (LCE). Every purchase has been the same, the product has been as described and the speed of delivery also timely. I would purchase from LCE again !!
