While it's very moisturizing, I found the formula too heavy and it felt like it was sitting on top of my lips rather than absorbing. Prefer lighter textures personally.

Nice consistency and does help with dryness. The only downside is that it can feel a bit heavy sometimes, especially if you apply too much.
