Brilliant experience working with Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents. We came across them at a viewing for another property and were impressed with how they worked with us as potential buyers. Even though that house wasn’t the one for us, we knew we wanted to go with Lanarkshire Law to sell our house. Everything was so easy - Hugh and Kellie couldn’t have made it any easier for setting up the photos and video and organising viewings. Lynne was also great at keeping us updated and speaking to potential buyers. I would recommend to anyone looking to sell.

Superstars. From our initial approach, everyone was great, friendly, polite and professional. At no point whatsoever were we pressured into choosing them or rushing to sell. Being English and not knowing a thing about the Scottish systems, they fully explained the processes, average timescales and answered any and all questions we had. The property was under offfer the day after the first viewings. Couldn't want for better and couldn't recommend highly enough.

Hugh provided excellent information on the current housing market in our local area and was very helpful for deciding on the best way to market the house, including the sale price. Lanarkshire Law Estate Agent provided an excellent service from the initial valuation, photos and viewings through to the final selling of the property. We had many viewings over a number of days which were carried out by LLEA and after each viewing day I was contacted and given an update. The App used by LLEA was also very usefully as this provided details of who was viewing the property and when, feedback from each viewer along with any offers made.
