Laird Superfood

I just started a Keto lifestyle about 3 months ago, and was looking for something to add to my morning coffee besides the heavy cream. This is perfect, it adds just enough flavor without being overwhelming or throwing me out of keto. Plus it has the benefits of MCT and is way healthier than anything I have found. The regular is just like a creamer but I find the others just add a nice flavor to give your coffee a little something extra. If you add it to your cup before you pour the coffee it mixes perfectly. I have recommend this to all my friends.

Product was not what I expected, but that was my bad, didn't do enough research. Ordering was very easy, and ship time was great.

Good stuff just a little overpriced

The mint flavor is very good and the powder mixes well in hot coffee. Yum!
