Ticket Upgrade
Contacted ticket agent to upgrade my Starlight Express tickets. I had a very fast call back from the lovely Melanie who chose some great seats for me. I like great customer service and I got that today. Thank you Melanie.

Operates a dynamic pricing model and you’re not informed at the time of purchase. In February I paid £153 for Starlight Express tickets which are now £75. Customer Service have not been helpful at all. Don’t bother booking tickets in advance. Wait until closer to the date and pay half the price!
Customer service are useless. I bought ticket from them I didn't receive ticket and not even confirmation email for this purchase. I contacted customer service but someone named John was not helping at all. Avoid on all costs.

So hard to buy tickets!! Whichever theatres/ shows use this company wake up to them ! It shouldn’t be this hard to buy theatre tickets !!! I will drop off a letter to the producers etc at the theatre letting them know how you are failing their potential audience members and all the lost revenue due to your total inefficiency.
I purchased 2 VIP Tickets for 21st December (Come Alive!!) I paid extra for the Refund Protection. Due to the recent Storm Bert our property was damaged and our priorities have changed. KX Tickets refused to refund and sent me to a 3rd party to request a refund, by means of a claim form, they also refused stating it is not covered under the terms for their protection scheme. I shall let my Bank deal with the funds.
Customer service are useless. I sent 3 emails about a date I couldn't attend and not a single reply. Completely useless!
The KX Tickets customer service online team are so unhelpful, never experienced anything like it, especially Hollie and Katie. They do not care to help customers and resolve problems. Terrible experience!
I used this company to buy access tickets for starlight express as my mum is in a wheelchair. From start to finish I had a great experience. Very helpful staff via email, great seats, arrived at theatre to be greeted by Christina who took us in the theatre then seated us. Came to see how we were at interval and also took us back to the car. Thank you very much.
So far I haven’t had any problems with booking and I have received my tickets. Given this experience I would use KX Tickets again.
Absolutely appalling company, firstly there is no contact telephone number for the booking office you have to email them. They are short of staff as stated on the web site. It has taken me over two weeks to speak to someone regarding Access Tickets. Spoke to Holly who gave me details of good seats I confirmed the date was fine, book and paid for the tickets only to be sent not the seats I thought I had paid for! Just received Invoice, Receipt of payment and One Ticket when I have paid for 5. They then try to tell me how to find the e-tickets the incorrect instructions. I now have been sent a pdf of the 5 tickets I’ve paid for They never call you back on the day or time you request them to. I have never experienced such a Theatre that treats customers in such an appalling way.!
I bought tickets for the pearl package at Starlight Express Wembley which cost more than the seat tickets for this show so I expected a seriously good VIP experience. It was a terrible experience. We were passed from pillar to post as no-one knew what to do with us. Eventually, a host was found who took us to the Observation Bar which we had foolishly thought might overlook the set. But no, it overlooked everyone coming in to the theatre lobby and there were no staff at the bar. We ordered drinks and were told they didn’t stock them (having been told to order anything. We had asked for a J2O and a pineapple juice. Nothing special!). Eventually they served two of us and had ignored the third person in our party. We had the same experience with ice cream where 2 were served and the third person ignored. During the interval, we were shown to a roped off area and served canapés with little or no time to consume them. The whole attitude was rather surly and rude at times and certainly not VIP. After commenting to the staff member about their attitude it did turn around for the second half. All in all, we felt totally cheated so I complained and was offered a 50% refund. I asked for a greater refund but they told me it was mostly my fault we hadn’t enjoyed the package so it was 50% or nothing. I accepted the 50% refund The show itself was wonderful, full of energy and speed along with marvelous stunts and fun. Highly recommend the show, but don’t waste your money on the “extras” packages!!
