This was the second time I used the online order and delivery service. As before, having ordered the materials I needed online, they were all delivered in perfect condition the next day by Vinnie, the very friendly, helpful and courteous driver who used his 'cherry picker' to carefully place the items exactly where I needed them. The items were also the best value in the area, so I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend KRM, from first contact they have been spot on, Nothing is too much trouble for Rachel who gave us an excellent quote for materials for our extension. The prices were better than all local competitors. The service is amazing, each time I call Rachel sorts out the order for delivery when we need it and the delivery driver Vinny goes out of his way to be helpful, even making contact when he is on his way. He drops the materials wherever they are needed and is polite and cheerful throughout. KRM are now our first choice for all our materials.

I ordered a bulk bag of sand. It arrived on time, driver was very courteous and friendly and did an excellent job of getting the bag where I needed it. Sand was excellent quality. Great job and would definitely use KRM again.

Great service

I drove in to the yard 2 minutes before closing on dark, wet and very cold evening and the guys couldn't of been more helpful. They let me leave my car with them while they loaded up my boot with 6 bags of rock salt, whilst I went through to the front desk for them to process the collection of my order. I was very grateful for the helpful service I received. MANY THANKS

Excellent 'five star' service from KRMBS, just as I expected. Ordered online. Everything arrived bang on time and in perfect condition. The delivery driver was really helpful and carefully put everything exactly where I needed it. Can't fault KRMBS for quality and service, as all their 5 star reviews demonstrate. Why would anyone shop at any other builder's merchant?
