It's good
It's a bit boring, but the coding lessons are the best! And in the videos, they explain it easily. IXL is garbage compared to this.
Khan Academy has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate quality.
I don't know why everyone is hating on it so much. It's free for God's sake. They provide free education for people who ...

khan academy is very good
Superbbbb... These are some of groups behind Edtech advancement.
So, let me get straight to the point: Khan Academy's content library has lots of content, which is great for people who enjoy free learning and want to learn a lot of stuff. But what's bad about it? Well, this website enforces learning in a boring and non-interactive way. There are only videos and articles for learning, and this BORES ME TO DEATH. Can y'all just make learning more fun by adding real-time feedback and simple explanations to your courses to make learning efficient? Or allow users to form a REAL learning habit with game-like progress tracking and friendly reminders? And you know what's worse? You keep removing badges from the website, and all the gamified features (Earning energy points to customise the avatar and the profile background) were all removed!! Please listen to my feedback, and improve your website, so learning can be efficient and fun!
I've been using Khan Academy for a few months to upgrade my skills before applying to grad school, as I missed some calculus, stats, and economics courses in my undergrad. I really like that Khan Academy is helping me to understand the concepts and build my knowledge and skills, without having to pay hundreds of dollars for upgrading courses. The caveat here is that this is purely for knowledge, and no credits are available (but pairing Khan Academy for learning with Sophia or StraighterLine speed-runs to get transfer credits may be a good wallet-friendly route). So far, I only have two quibbles: first, the "Get Ready for College Calculus" is mainly a path cobbled together from modules that, in their normal places, flow together, but assembled in such a way that occasionally a quiz will test something whose module wasn't included. Second, I haven't found any way to download my learning history or any proof of my skills (so I may end up doing a speed-run through a paid, accredited platform anyway). I give Khan Academy four stars for being a solid learning platform, and if the upskilling helps get me into my chosen grad school program, I'll definitely bump this rating to five stars.
I am using the Portguese version of Khan which is funnily enough funded by the company I work for, but I'm using it for my personal use, and it has been an amazing journey so far I've learned so much, it's making my long-term goals seem reachable so I've to thank that platform for that.
good website
khan academy est comme si je faisait l'ecole a la maison ça ma aidée a reviser pour mes controle examens ... .Pour cette raison j'aime baucoup ce site web voila pourquoi jusqu'a maintenant je travaille dessus
They also skip some K-12 topics. Exact details vary per country. They have a typical approach to children. Not black and white papers. They leave no room for undetected abuse and misuse by a non-anonymous team.
When you get one wrong, you have to redo the entire 30 plus question. The way they teach is the most inefficient way and complicated. The way they teach is not applicable in real life. I HATE THIS PROGRAM. NEVER USE THIS.
Khan Academy is good and all, but nothing makes you want to come back after, in fact, I would like to stay away! I am studying 7th-grade math for 6th-grade compacted math, and they push me down when I get something wrong!
Can't use it correctly to assign work. For half of the students it doesn't show up. When looking at multiple classes in some areas on Khan, it won't show you what class but it does tell you how many students. Think about how useless and dumb that is. Assignments with goals won't show up under assignments. This is confusing to everyone. It's like a double secret sneaky sneakster way to manage simple data. It was good when it was just math a decade ago. But they've overreached and need to hire a professional educator and web designer to redo their classroom management side of their site. Simple data management. As few clicks as possible to assign content. All "assigned" content should show up under "assignments" whether or not it has Mastery Goals. I gave up. I only have 40 years experience with computers. It isn't enough to use Khanacademy.
Great website o learn but not very engaging
Sneakily putting westist agenda into our education is how they plan to make this generation weaker and more aligned with a liberalist view of the world, including "Gender equality", "BLM", "LGBTQ".
Very useful resource
This site certainly does have the good foundations for a reliable, accessible, and rich learning platform, but the website is rather bare when it comes to academics. Most students agree that some of the videos provided aren't very educational, and only walks you through a specific problem rather than teaching you what to do for every single instance. Its important that, with the hints that you can use for the practices, that Khan explains what kind of problem is presented, and why some people may be confused, especially when it comes to things like the Course challenge, Unit Tests, and Mastery Challenge. Because of the lack of these and several other enrichment opportunities, Khan does wind up to be slightly dry in making kids (or adults) learn something new. However, if you're just looking to brush up on subjects you're already familiar with, then I would try using Khan Academy.
I have been looking for resources to gain confidence to sit my A levels in the UK. Every site I have visited either wants money or if free has no structured learning. Khan academy is brilliant it is free and structured. It is only my first day using it but I am studying algebra physics and computer science and fell positive. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS RESOURCE.
this app is well chore to do, let me explain. first khan is so BORING and don't say "wElL MaTh IsN'T mAdE FoR fUn!!!!!" thats a lie. prodgy is fun and it's math so math can be fun. but i fall asleep from doing khan! NO JOKE I FALL ASLEEP! khan has nothing fun. Now we talk about their videos, ugh. i cut it short. dude talks about numbers and not what you want to see. THERE TEST ARE TRASH! oh your not 100% guess what! your teacher is gonna be mad about that hahahaha. and thats the review. i didn't see the writing stuff sence in my class we just do math so yeah. also this is my OPINION so don't get super angry.
Thank you for making this legendary website and because of you, i experience to pass my Math Exam! If I got some spare money, i would donate some of it on your website. This website is my companion on my exam reviews!
