I am disappointed that my “gut age” was never calculated, determined!

I never received my results. I was told by a medical professional that this test is not as accurate as Kean is claiming. I do regret spending the money on this now. Completely unsatisfied and would not recommend. Good idea though.

I've had a great experience so far with Kean. Quick purchasing and easy to send sample. The results do take 4-5 weeks to process, but I'm enjoying reviewing the report. The most insightful part has been the wellness factors, as I took the test to improve sleep, energy levels, and get to a healthy weight.

It took a long time to receive any information back from my test samples. I had to check to see that the reports were ready. Kean did not even email to let me know the results were ready for review. After reviewing the data, I felt the information I received from both the genetic test and the gut health were very generic. The data was not helpful in modifying diet or learning about significant health issues to share with my health care provider.

Let me start with customer service great and the way the results are laid out great. But it took a long time for shipping to get it there and to process. And my health coaches where dissapointed in the lack of important i formation to help with my gut disorder. Its hard to get a stool test done without a doctor. You can pay out of pocket for blood work and labs but stool nope. Was hopeful on this bit upset

Very disappointing. I was ready for results that were easy to understand and similar to what psomagen used to be. I wish I would have just used Viome again instead. There was no questioner to fill out, no information needed, nothing. It just seems very general and not at all as advertised.

The results took more than double the estimated time frame. And the results are too difficult to navigate. Instead of having to go to the index after reading everything an explanation should just be on each page. Additionally, there Is no back button so you have start over each time. Terribly long process, expensive, absolutely dissatisfied. Not worth it at all.

I never received any kind of notification when my kit went to processing but I just kept checking my account often. It’s been processing for a month with no communication or updates regarding when I can expect results. The communication has been very poor and it’s taking a rather long time. I would not recommend to a friend.
