Fantastic service and support completing 2 wills and 4 LPA's. Nic explained everything very clearly, and was always available for a home visit or a phone call. Highly recommended.

Professional and caring
Very happy with the service received from Yulia Newport. She was professional, super efficient, knowledgable and caring when obtaining all the information she needed to be able to provide the services we required. The services were very competitively priced especially as it included two house visits. Highly recommend and have recommended their services to family and friends.

Our will writer, Richard Green, provided us with an excellent level of service. He is based in Hereford and was always on call and prompt to our enquiries. He talked us through the process of writing our wills and gave solid advice throughout. I have recommended him to my friends. Very well done!

We had a very productive meeting with…
We had a very productive meeting with Debbie and proceeded to complete new wills and Power of attorney for health and finances. Very efficient and thorough assessment of our needs and wishes. All done now and we can forget about these issues that can be tricky and difficult. Our adult children are also grateful that these things are in place and know we have protected ourselves and ultimately made life easier for them.

Updating and amending my 2 year old…
Updating and amending my 2 year old will was an easy and pleasant experience. Natalie was helpful and understanding throughout the proceedings answering most of my simple questions promptly The final signing and witnessing was done as arranged on time and without any fuss. Possibly the easiest will I have ever made!

A good personal service
A good personal service, but the quality of the documents is disapointing. We reviewed the documents and there were silly but important mistakes, such as names mis spelt and addresses. We sent back the required changes only to receive new documents with the same mistakes in! I would still recomend despite this.

Reply back to David owner , who I can clarify did no full refund whatsoever , I’m awaiting to take legal action against this unscrupulous company , who charged me £1,200 for 4 LPAs to be registered , this however can be done costing £82 per LPA total £328 , advised by there representative David Stahler not to register LPAs as he told me they were dormant documents . Stay well clear of this company and use the professionals of solicitors !!!

Excellent service
I have personally used JWALS for my families Wills and Lasting powers of attorney and would highly recommend the service that they provide. Andy talked us through all of the options in plain English and made sure that we understand the pros and cons of each option. He was on hand to answer any of our questions after the meeting and was extremely helpful. I can't recommend Andy and JWALS highly enough.
