They don't help tell you you cannot afford a loan when you can. Worst credit union and will be complaining to my local mp regarding the service I recieved.

Just credit union have helped me & my family out so much, ive learnt how to borrow & save at the same time! All the staff are lovely & friendly. Nothing is too much, they are only a phone call or email away, always willing to listen & help. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to borrow & save money. A massive thank you 😊

Been a customer for years.. always offering affordable loans and a good way to save along side. Friendly and helpful staff. And remote lending now which I find alot easier due to working making it hard to visit store. 10/10 cant fault it. Xx

Especially when you think you are unemployed just credit union can give you an affordable loan obviously based on affordability off your benefits just helps out when you are in need. Processing days are efficient
I have a loan with just credit union through work, great rates, monthly payments taken from wages each month, it’s all been an effortless experience. And this year in particular they couldn’t have been more accommodating whilst helping me make adjustments to my loan repayments whilst I’m on maternity leave. Not many finance companies are very flexible regarding changes in circumstances so I am very grateful!! Would highly recommend!
Credit union is really professional n very experienced at helping people. I've been with them for over 11 years now. I recently started using the the new online app and was very surprised how fast and easy it was to get a loan filled out and sent to them. I always hated filling out forms and was very surprised that the form was sooo simple to use. It took me 10mins or so to do it and away it went. A VERY BIG THANK YOU for all your help. Absolutely a great service and company for the people who can't get help anywhere else. Love them, even if you got money problems. They will always help you out. Thanks CKPeck

I have had loans from just credit union for many years and saved along side the loans. In that time I have always found it quick and easy to withdraw money from my savings. On the occasions that I have had to contact them I have found all if the people be I have spoken to very friendly, helpful and polite. I find them to be fast and efficient in all matters and would highly recommend them and the service they provide.
