I have insured our family with Justcover for around 15 years now. They have been excellent. We only really needed them once, but they were brilliant when that time came.

Generally an easy to use website. Lots of options to select the most suitable travel insurance for your needs. Competitive pricing compared to other online sites. I gave it 4 stars because despite repeated attempts the "buy now" option did not work and I had to phone to purchase. Also when retrieving a quote the site doesn't recover the whole quote and you have to complete some boxes again and generate a new quote Frustrating.
