I found the person i spoke to named THIEP to be very helpful courtous and knowledgeable. This is my first experience of using this company but Ill certainly use it again and recommend it to others. It was also very competitivly priced.

Firstly, at the age of 81 I was expecting not to be quoted, as there seems to be an age restricted policy with some other Insurance Companies, so that was a pleasant change. It also helped that the person selling the Policy was very pleasant. I initially wanted only cover for my main trip in September and thought I would ask if it was possible to get an annual policy! Lo and behold, I can book some more holidays!
