The platform is friendly and easy to use. As a buyer I can share the RFQ's with the technical POC which gives the advantage of speed up the process of Q&A. One more advantage is directing single RFQ to several supplier and get quotes and the comparison between the suppliers. Ease of uploading the data click and drop. The human responds of Jiga is very client oriented speedy and understand the needs, gives me as a buyer all necessary updates in PUSH regarding production in process, shipments AWB and invoicing.

You can find professional and high quality suppliers for the manufactuing all over the world. And you can get quote from multiple suppliers at once and order from anyone. I have been working with Jiga for the past 3 years. The digital platform is great. the ability to communicate with the potential suppliers directly via the platform is perfect, their customer service is also excellent. What also works is their ability to listen to their customers (me) and give answers that support the process. By now, based on my experience, I know who to choose for what we need doing, I know how to ask them for a quick turnaround, and I know that the quality will be perfect. it is a pleasure to work with JIga and I highly recommend them. Their supplier base can accommodate small prototype volumes as well as high volumes and all sort of different activities.

I have been using Jiga since July 2023 and am continually impressed not just by the parts we have received but the incredible level of support from Michael A., the entire team at Jiga, and the long list of Jiga partners. In that short time, our team has submitted over 70 RFQs and received 100s of parts. Of those parts I can only remember 2 that arrived out of spec, both of which were replaced immediately at no extra cost and caused no delay to our already tight timelines. We’ve had a number of CNC’d aluminum, stainless, and high-carbon steels with a variety of finishing techniques applied, all at an incredible price. My bearings have fit perfectly, every time. One vendor spent weeks working with us on refining an over-molding process, testing suggestions rapidly to achieve a result that was far beyond our expectations. Other parts include CNC’d ABS with painted finish, bent sheet metal with PEMs, welds and galvanized finished, 3D-printed MJF and polyjet, the list goes on. Because you have a direct line of communication with the teams making the parts, there is an added level of ownership and accountability from each vendor that you do not see with other platforms. This direct communication as well as the commenting tools on the Jiga platform greatly reduce the errors on parts received. We are actively switching to have more parts made on this platform to further drive down BOM costs and have part delivery dates that are reliable and consistent. At this point, there are Jiga employees and partners whose names are commonplace in our office, because of the reliable, high-quality parts we are receiving time and time again. Jiga helps me find the best quotes on metal cut parts. Their customer support is extremely knowledgeable and they hire people who work / have worked in the industry. They will often step in and assist me or give me advice when I mess something up! Really good people.

I remember one of the first parts I received from you guys, I was literally thinking to myself that you must have lost money selling it to me because it was really awesome, high quality finish, complex geometry and just really affordable. There are lots of companies that are out there in the prototyping and quick turn shop space. Jiga stands apart from them. Why? I'm my mind it's their software. It's so easy to quote with multiple vendors, it's easy to view and track everything, it's easy to set up a team and share information and collaborate or have coverage when your are on vacation. No other company in this space has nailed the quoting, vendor communication and team capability experience like Jiga has done. Add to that their great customer service and it's a really great experience. I had a shop nearly miss my due date and the Jiga team said they would reimburse some of my costs if the shop cause schedule slip, another time a piece was slightly damaged in shipping and Jiga offered to have the shop rebuild it. This level of customer service really builds confidence. Plus their LinkedIn meme game is world beating haha

its the easiest way to get many quotes for any kind of manufacturing, prototypes and large scale. the website is easy to use and Jiga were very helpful with any questions i hade regarding manufacturing Technics that i had no prior experience in.

I don't normally write reviews, but as an engineer who has been bombarded with issues from some of the larger rapid manufacturing companies like Protolabs and Xometry, it's been a breath of fresh air to work with Jiga. Jiga stands out because they are filling the void between engineers and the people actually manufacturing their parts. They've created a space that rivals their competitors with easy to use software and quick part quoting, while bringing communication between the manufacturer and the engineer to the forefront, spearheading any part issues or manufacturing questions. Although they are new on the scene, I've been thoroughly impressed with their system and the parts we've gotten made through them.

Delivery times for custom machined parts are crazy in my area. Jiga was faster to ship from china than a local company could.

Lots of vetted machine shops bidding on your project gets you the best combination of price and turnaround (and the transparency is great). You can communicate with the shops regarding details of the parts, so that you get exactly what you need.

Jiga is a fantastic platform for managing purchasing communication. As an engineer, I really don't want to spend my time chasing email threads and maintaining spreadsheets of quotes. Jiga keeps all of this information in one place and streamlines the entire RFQ process.
