I did a small run of steel plates (laser cutting, threading, powder coating) for a bracket system I'm building, and this was a great first experience with Jiga. The system was mostly intiutive, and the folks there helped me out quite a bit with questions and smoothing the process. The communication with the various bidders on the project was good, and I appreciate the fact that I could talk with them directly. The final product from the chosen vendor was better than I was expecting, and I'll be going back for my next production run. Far, far easier than dealing with a bunch of potential black-box vendors whose communications are poor and history is a mystery - this was a great first experience.

Easy to use, better than the competitors, variety of vendors to quote with. If you're used to talking to vendors via email, this is vastly better. If you're used to Protolabs, it's also better because there are more options and you're talking to a real person at the vendor. Good variety of factories with certifications (eg. ISO 13485, 9001, ITAR) if needed. DFM inside the tool is so easy and much better than those blasted email chains.

Jiga made it pretty easy to work with manufacturers. They are beating every other manufacturer that I know in quality, lead time and pricing. Every part of manufacturing is so easy with Jiga. Starting from RFQ to invoicing.

Jiga has always been easy to deal with, i like the streamlined website platform and the communication/feedback i get from the team and updates during my quoting process. i feel like the team always has an answer regarding my orders throughout the production phase as well. The one-on-one communication is a plus for me. I feel like this communication ensures i get the end goal product i am looking for instead of just submitting it online and hoping it will be what you need when the part arrives. I was able to upload my 3d model, confirm it looks good online, select my choice of manufacturer from a list, and recieve the part in less than a week! What could I possibly dislike about that? Great work Jiga!
