They sent me products and I did not see notification because it went to junk mail I notified them that I no longer wanted their pills and would refuse the shipment they told me that since it had been shipped already that their policy was that they could not accept return

Bad product, worse customer service.
Product is weak and when I contacted service he basically told me there was nothing they'd do about it. Also, for the record, more expensive than just getting brand name from your doc. Skip this garbage and just see your doc for a prescription. Generic or brand both work over the counter unlike this stuff which doesn't feel the same or work as effectively. Weird fillers or something. Edit - March 31st they have not gotten ahold of me as claimed below.
