I am really Happy use their services the hotel management was the best they took good care of me and the staff was so helpful I am Happy I will recommend you to once have a stay.

Tina O'Connor set us up with a self-driving tour with very specific needs for a family of 4 with young children and their grandparents. Tina set us up for 2 night stays and no more than 3 hours drive between destinations. Perfect! The Bread and Breakfast accommodations were fabulous; one even had a plumbing issue, and arranged for us to stay in another location just down the street. But our favorite stay was at The Doll's Cottage in Doolin. The hosts, the O'Connors, were delightful and very helpful. I would like to go back and stay a week there. With COVID-19 infections just getting started in England and Ireland when we were there, I felt like everyone was very clean and meticulous. The tourism shut down the day after we left, we were very fortunate to have a lovely vacation without any complications. I can't say enough about the friendliness and warm interactions with the people of Ireland. Thank you.

Irish Tourism are very professional. They did refund my money after cancelling the tour due to COVID-19 pandemic.

It has been a difficult time for all of us. I booked a self driving tour through Irish Tourism that was cancelled due to Covid issues with travel. The booking process was excellent and thorough. It was a great itinerary. The prices were excellent compared to other companies. They have been understanding of my position on my inability to travel and I will use them when I can take the trip. I saw the review about the refusal to refund and all I can say is they have worked with me to make sure we are all satisfied. They spoke to me personally on multiple occasions. You can trust them. I can’t speak to how the tour would have gone obviously but other reviews do.

The staff at Irish Tourism is extraordinary! My friends and I found ourselves in Ireland when the travel ban began. Maria and everyone at Irish Tourism worked hard to ensure we had places to stay, even when most everything was closed. Thank you, Irish Tourism for all of your help. We will return to Ireland and we will turn to you for guidance again in the future.

I booked the April 22 2020 Scotland Shetland tour with Knitting tours for my daughter and myself. Mainly because of all the glowing reviews. Knitting tours canceled the tour due to Covid 19. They offered a credit for another trip, however we cannot go on any other dates in 2020 and of course they don’t have a 2020 itinerary. I asked for a full refund to be credited to my card. They insist on keeping the deposit, so their company can stay up and running. They apparently have no insurance of any kind. They say they have credited my account with the remaining balance. THEY HAVE NOT. I have had to contact my bank to pursue the matter. I would certainly think through booking with this company.Their attitude seems to be, once you pay them, they can keep as much of your funds as they choose. I paid them over $8000 in American funds, so far no return what so ever.

I am writing to highly praise Irish Tourism. Our agent, Linda Larkin, provided a high level of customer service as we planned our tour to Ireland. She was very thoughtful and helpful. I also want to praise the ethical behavior of Irish Tourism for honoring its refund policies when we cancelled our tour due to the Corvid-19 virus outbreak. As the one year anniversary of our 12 days in Ireland approaches, I keep reflecting back on what an amazing trip the 4 of us enjoyed. We selected a self-drive excursion leaving from Dublin. We toured the eastern and southern coasts and the Wild Atlantic Way. Amazing views! Phenomenal historic sites! Warm and welcoming people! We enjoyed the specially selected bed and breakfasts in the smaller towns and quirky hotels in Dublin. What a trip of a lifetime, but I do hope we can return someday. Thank you, Maria, for the extra care and effort you put into creating such a memorable trip.

Having spent hours reading guide books with no clearer idea of how to tour around Ireland, I found the Irish Tourism website and their "Best of Ireland" tour and requested information on the tour. Tina O'Connor responded and I explained that my son and I would only have 6 days to travel around Ireland but I liked the look of the "Best of Ireland" tour. She modified the trip for us, booked all the accommodation and car and everything was just great. In the short time we had, she had us in all the right spots and had it planned out so that the driving distances were well spaced and doable. Also, she provided an enormous amount of information on what to see and where to eat. In the end, I feel we saw a great deal of Ireland in a customized trip that would have taken me many more hours to plan out. The cost of the trip was reasonable, Tina was excellent to deal with, all the accommodation was good and well-located. So, I am very glad to have found Irish Tourism to plan the trip for me.

I wrote a review a year ago. Just want to re-emphasize, 15 months later, how grateful I am to Linda Larkin for organizing an absolutely wonderful trip. Our hotel in Port Rush was a bit worn but not a big deal. I just figured that's what to expect on such a trip. But the food in Port Rush was excellent and the accommodations got better and better as the trip went on. Caherane and Ballynahinch are the two best places I've ever stayed. And, of course, Ireland is is endlessly fascinating. Worry-free, first-class travel. Thank you, Linda!

If I could give more stars I would!! Irish Tourism, Tina O'Connor in particular was fantastic in planning our trip to Ireland. I explained the type of trip/experience that we desired in Ireland and she came through with an incredible, fun trip for us. From the auto rental, to the hotels, to the sightseeing, everything was flawless. We could not have stayed in the beautiful castles/hotels without their booking cost, as we found that amazing. Our whole trip would have been twice the cost if it were not for them. Tina was so professional, so accommodating and we can't recommend her and Irish Tourism enough!!!

We had all our needs arranged with a very helpful Travel consultant and we would strongly recommend this company. They listened to what we required and understand exactly our holiday needs. Canadians travelling in Ireland. After my daughter's graduation from University, she wanted to go on a self-driving tour of Ireland with her father and pick out a place to settle. We contacted Irish Tourism and were so fortunate to connect with Linda Larkin. Linda arranged a 9-day tour for us which was a fabulous mixture of hotels and bed & breakfasts so we could get a full Irish experience. Her suggestions were fantastic. All accommodations and meals were great as well as the pubs, restaurants and tours she suggested. Linda provided detailed information, maps and tour coupons of all the highlights as we circled the perimeter of the Republic. We planned for over a year for our trip to Ireland in October 2019. Irish Tourism and Tina O'Conner in particular were instrumental in our having an outstanding travel experience. Tina was always quick to answer questions and provide very helpful details to make our trip worry free. Tina accommodated our schedule and wishes, arranged great lodging and gave detailed suggestions for things to do and see at each location we stayed. Irish Tourism thank you for organising a super holiday. We loved - Corrown Tiber House in Connemara, Dale View in Doolin and Cornerville B&B in Howth. We appreciated your help in Killarney when things didn't turn out so well with our B&B. We'll cherish - dinner at the Bulman in Kinsale and the service at O'Connors in Doolin. We didn't like - B&Bs that ask you to order breakfast the night before and countless Irish pubs with exactly the same menu. But we met some lovely people and had some unforgettable times. Great hotel recommendations and very detailed itinerary. Linda was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I would really recommend Irish Tourism, they got the locations to visit just right!

John, at Irish Tourism helped my friend and I plan our itinerary through Ireland this Fall. We planned it about 6 months ahead of time. We were very happy with the car rental, and all of our accomodations (which all included breakfast). We stayed in a mix of B&B's and hotels. The personalized guide for our trip was an added caveat, which gave insight into the history and geography of the places we visited. We also booked a couple of popular activities through Irish Tourism ahead of time, which was very handy! I highly recommend Irish Tourism!
