I have used Internet Ink for years. Compatible inks work well without a problem, delivery is prompt. This is my go-to ink supplier.
Best value, best quality compatible inks available. Use no-one else! (I did – once – with disastrous results!). These people really care, and it shows. Excellent advice if ever you need it.

I have been buying from Internet-ink for decades. All the cartridges have worked first time and at a fraction of the printer maker's prices. When I wanted another printer it had to be A3 and compatible with both windows and Linux. That limited my options. I wrote to Internet-ink and received a long helpful reply setting out my options. Exceptional service.

promised my order in 2 to 3 working days now on the 8th working day and still no delivery ! tried phoning customer service but line no longer in service ?? have sent messages on the contact us without response had to order from another supplier !! so all in all not a great advert for this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
{Jenny}....Look after this lady, excellent service from her really looked after this old guy, it looked like my printer was not going to be operational for quite some time, but Jenny made sure that didn't happen. She encouraged me to get my order in as quickly as possible as the cartridges for my printer were flying out the door, and well she did warn me not long after she emailed, me to tell me to be quick the cartridges After I ordered mine later I checked the website and the Majenta cartridges that I needed were 'Out of stock'. Excellent service, so you have a good one there....
As always 5* service... I have been dealing with Internet-Ink for just over 10 years - and my latest order was only the second time of any issues...! Jenny in the Support Team... helped with a number of suggestions, however, when that didn't work, she immediately sent a replacement item. That worked first time...! Many thanks... for good quality products and 5* service.

Good quality ink. Installed fine in Epson printer. I disabled automatic updates as I have heard Epson can block other makes of ink thought the updates.
No reason to believe there is anything wrong with this company or with their inks, but their customer service is appalling, customer unfriendly, and the information on their website is very misleading. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility, putting all blame on the customer, as a result of which I have thrown £30 in the bin. So I won't be trying them again (pity as they seemed like a good bunch), but then again, having rechecked their website it is no longer up and running, so makes me wonder if they are on their way out of business anyways. Regardless, I shall not be wasting any more time with this company.
Internet Ink are excellent inks at very competitive prices. I have used them for a good few years now and never had a problem with either the supply or quality. I can highly recommend them.
