Every step from start to finish was smooth, no complications at all and I had one of their best instructors. Musaffer was absolutely brilliant and his teaching techniques were easy and effective. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

I had booked 38 hours worth of car driving lessons and am very satisfied and happy with them. There was a lot of flexibility to fit around my daily work life and it never felt rushed or anything like that. My instructor, Yousouff, was incredible. He was calm and collected, especially what I needed considering I was quite nervous at first and taught me everything I need to know. I passed with only 1 minor and I cannot be grateful enough for Yousouff and the lessons in general. Highly recommend.

Today I passed my test on the first attempt after 38 hours of driving with Intensive Courses. I have no doubt any instructor provided would've been great, but I feel incredibly lucky to have been paired with Kamrul Miah. Kamrul called me after I booked my course and immediately offered advice on how to progress forward despite the nationwide delay with test dates. He was incredibly accommodating throughout, even with quite a disruptive schedule on my part. I even missed 3 lessons with covid but Kamrul was still able to reschedule around this. His patience, friendliness, and methods of teaching were exceptional. Kamrul is the kind of teacher you wish you had at school. I'm thrilled to have passed but it's a shame I can't rely on his tutoring in other areas of life. That said, Kamrul also provides recommendations for restaurants and great historical insights about wherever you're driving. Overall there's not a thing I would change about the experience. Lots of challenges overcome and the ultimate reward at the end. Cheers Kamrul!

I simply cannot fault the experience I had with Noel and my instructor (Alan). After being let down time and time again by other instructors / organisation, it was extremely refreshing to have the open communication from day one with both Noel and Alan. Getting everything booked was a breeze, in fact it was me that dropped the ball on communication with Noel chasing me! Couldn’t be happier. The lessons came around and straight away I felt comfortable with Alan, the car was clean tidy and easy to drive. He was extremely good and helping me hone in my skills through the 24 hours we spent together on the road. Knew his way around the area well and we couldn’t have had a smoother week really. All of the above resulted in my confidence enough to pass my test first time. As mentioned, I simply could not fault the experience and expertise I received and would highly recommend them for anyone looking into an intensive course!

Professional and kind start to finish. Noel is a true professional - There are tonnes of places to begin to learnt to drive but as soon as I began talking to Noel I could tell he was the very best. He matched me an excellent instructor (Francis) and was available for questions or queries whenever I had them. You can tell he is truly passionate about getting people their license and will make sure you feel safe, secure and confident with whoever it is he matches you with to learn. Thanks Noel!

The 2 stars are for the ease of the booking process etc. I literally just selected what I wanted, paid online and was contacted with a test date. Actually finding a test date took a while, which wasn't ideal for me given that the whole point of me doing an intensive course was to get driving ASAP. The actual date ended up being 2 months away! If you are choosing this style of lessons just for the short learning process, this would work well for you. The driving instructor I was allocated was not useful for my style of learning. Instruction was minimal from the start, and there was often silence aside from giving route directions as he was texting etc on his phone non-stop. I asked him in one of the early lessons what the speed limit was for the road I was on. His response was "I don't know". The 2nd or 3rd lesson he was on the phone continously for the first 17minutes of driving. (Yes, I actually timed it!). I paid for 24 hours ended up split into 2 or 3 hour blocks. I noticed him napping in 4 of those sessions. He also face-timed people while I was driving and was late to almost every lesson (including the day of the test!!!) and ended them early. I want to be clear that this usually resulted in approximately 5 minutes of lost lesson time, (sometimes 10-15 minutes) but this adds up. If we had 10 lessons, that's 50 minutes. I shy away from confrontation so didn't say anything, particularly as I had had to pay upfront. I used YouTube to address issues I was having during driving e.g. stalling repeatedly and that worked well and found some great resources and instructors on there. Although he corrected my parallel parking, he only instructed me how to do it using his rear parking camera where lines and the rear view show on a little screen on the dashboard. I asked him how to do it without the camera. His response was "you'll figure it out after you pass the test". At this point, realising that me passing was 50:50 and worse, I could end up as a dangerously unskilled driver I contacted one of the instructors I'm following on YouTube. He was able to fit me in for 10 hours of lesson over 3 days. My driving improved so much over that time. I learnt how gears work, about checking every road sign you see, what gear I should be in and when, how to use the clutch properly and even how to steer!! For the first time ever (I took lessons twice previously but never got to test level) I felt in control of a car. I understood how and when to adjust my driving to conditions, obstacles, the slope of the road. I became a calmer, more assertive driver, instead of leaving excessively large gaps, driving too slow, braking harshly for every potential hazard and stopped coasting constantly. I had worried I would not feel safe driving after passing my test but those 3 days changed everything. And from the way my lidt instructor threw looks my way afterwards when doing certain things, I think he noticed too! Some of my friends have talked about feeling scared driving on dual carriageways etc after passing their tests, but I don't feel that way thanks to YouTube instructor. TL:DR Very smooth booking process, though 2 month wait for test was a little long for me. Allocated instructor was not an effective teacher for me, but the substitute I found on YouTube taught me so much in 10hours over 3 days, I do believe intensive courses with a strong instructor can produce safe, competent, confident drivers.

Absolutely loved learning how to drive with Intensive Courses. They were super helpful at every step of the way and my instructor was very patient with me - learning to drive in your 30s with anxiety can be a painful process but my instructor prepared me well and I passed on my first try!

Passed today and I'm so happy, Folks at Trustpilot were great throughout the process, booked my test in record time and paired me with Sham who was a great ADI. I took 25 lessons which was great for a beginner like myself. Communication was great and I highly recommend this company.

Great experience with Intensive Courses. George is an excellent teacher, very patient and easy to get along with. Couldn't have done it without him!

I highly recommend Francis at Intensive. He was my instructor and I passed first time with. I bought a block of lessons which he fitted in around my working schedule. An experienced and good instructor, he provided insightful lessons as well useful tips and tricks on manoeuvres, parking etc. Also a friendly guy and good communicator.

Felt confident from the start thanks to Noel’s assurance he’d always be on the end of the line for any queries or advice - booking a course took all the hassle away so I could focus on passing first time. Thanks again to Noel and Lance my fantastic instructor.

I can honestly say after 6 years of being a learner and many many instructors and service, intensive courses is by far the best I have encountered 100%! Musaffar Hafeez is by far the best driving instructor I have had and helped me pass my test with only the 5 hr course, he has a calm and unique way of teaching that just helps you enjoy learning and remember everything he is saying! In addition to this the lady who helped me book the course was very helpful and made the process so easy. I would 1000% recommend intensive courses for any level driver at any stage.

I had the pleasure of having Glenn as my intensive course driving instructor who gave me the confidence and skills to be able to drive safely and pass first time! The course was 25 hours long spread over 8 weekdays one after the other to really keep fresh in my head. I would recommend Glenn to anyone wanting to learn how to drive

I would like to say a huge thank you to my instructor Rahan and Intensive Courses Driving School! I just passed my driving test an hour ago with them so am absolutely buzzing :) Rahan has a very patient and calm style of teaching which really helped me. It was particularly helpful the way he broke down manoeuvres and other aspects into easy to remember points. He even drew out diagrams which I memorised. We covered all the most difficult parts of the test routes over and over which made the actual test seem quite straightforward. As I said in this title I would highly recommend Rahan!

My daughter took the 36 hour course and there was no way she could go from total beginner (I had given a few lessons) to passing the test from the course alone. Please be aware you would need to be an accomplished driver before you do the course to pass the test. Waste of £1600

Intensive Courses works because they are willing to go the extra mile to make passing your test happen both inside and outside the car. Noel was a rock throughout, reassuring and wise. 10/10 - if you want to pass your test, this is where to go.

My experience with Intensive Courses Driving School was very positive. The staff, Noel and Gaynor, were very friendly and helpful. My instructor Ibrahim was an excellent teacher and did his best to help me pass my driving test. I highly recommend if you have some driving practice and are looking for a concentrated refresher.
