Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again .

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. From 7 Ladies that like to travel.

Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

Excellent customer service

Unfortunately our planned cruise in November 2020 was cancelled and we eventually got a full refund of the 50% paid. Excellent customer service from Kenny and the team and I hope to book again once the Pandemic is behind us.

I found the whole experience very good

I found the whole experience very good. kev rang me back within 30 mins with prices etc. There was no hard sell. After sleeping on it we decided the next day to book . Kev had given me his phone number and once again a very good experience. Let's hope covid disappears and we can actually go.

Infinity cruises have tried very hard during the recent crisis to arrange my refund and subsequent future travel plans, they get back to you promptly with all enquiries and try to accommodate all requests

Infinity did everything they said they…

Infinity did everything they said they would. The cruise was cancelled due to te pandemic, and the refund was actioned as they advised. Said it would be 60 - 90 days and then they would contact again to confirm card details for refund. Did exactly this and refund will be processed on 30 November and will take 7 -14 days to clear. Have no doubt this will be confirmed by my bank at that time. Customer service always polite and cheery making the process smooth and stress free. Will book again once this pandemic is oveer and we have been inoculated.

In january 2020 booked a south america cruise and stay with infinity,excellent in all respects from initial booking to return in february just avoiding the covid outbreak impressed with infinity admin and itinerary and value for money a second cruise and stay to greek islands in october was cancelled because of covid, infinity were prompt and efficient in their communications with us and arranging full refund special thanks to Jay and Nutan for their great sevice. A company to trust and recommend

We had a problem with our p and o booking Infinity hadn’t paid p and o for the holiday as it was cancelled and Nutan sorted it out for us to get our FCC 125 percent. She also sorted our Asia cruise out in February, she is amazing
