The whole experience from start to finish was professional, very proactive with getting the viewers through the door. Very knowledgeable and kept me up to date every step of the way. From the first visit to the property we purchased the estate agent, Simon was lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. After our offer was accepted we dealt with Katie who was absolutely brilliant. She was there every step of the way (which was a long way as the purchase took around 6 months) to offer help and was the only solid line of communication we had when we were struggling with responses from all sides, even our own solicitor. We were extremely lucky and grateful to have had such a helpful Sales Progression Manager and would absolutely recommend Indlu.

From the moment we chose Indlu we have been overwhelmed with the quality of service and professionalism afforded to us. From Simon's insight and experience on the marketing side to Donna's support during the offer and post offer stage, we couldnt have asked for more. Indlu may only have been up and running a realitively short time compared to the traditional local agents but from our experience, they are way out in front.
