Impact Dog Crate Reviews

Does the job and seems durable enough, but honestly not sure it's worth double the price of comparable options. Shipping was reasonable and packaging was good.

This thing weighs a ton but that's exactly what I needed for my mastiff. No more bent bars or broken latches.

These crates are expensive but you get what you pay for. My escape artist pit bull hasn't been able to get out once since we got this.

The crate works well and is built to last, but I had some issues with my initial order that took several phone calls to resolve. The product quality makes up for it, but communication could be more efficient.

Heavy duty crate that's perfect for large breeds. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. The powder coating looks professional and matches my expectations from the photos online.

After going through three different crates that my Husky destroyed, this one has finally stood the test. Six months in and it still looks brand new despite daily use. The peace of mind is worth the investment.

The crate itself is fantastic - well built and my dog seems comfortable in it. However, shipping took almost 3 weeks which was longer than anticipated. Would have been nice to get better updates on the delivery timeline.

Ordered a custom crate for my German Shepherd and couldn't be happier. The build quality is outstanding - heavy duty aluminum construction that feels like it will last forever. Customer service was responsive and helped me choose the right size. Delivery was faster than expected and the crate arrived perfectly packaged.

My rescue dog has severe anxiety and this crate has been a game changer. The solid construction helps her feel secure and she actually goes in voluntarily now. Installation of the door took some patience but everything fits perfectly once assembled.

Bought this for my reactive rescue and it's been perfect. The airline-grade aluminum is no joke - completely escape-proof. Only minor complaint is that the door mechanism could be a bit smoother, but it's a small issue compared to the overall quality.

Product quality is good and does what it's supposed to do. Had some scratches on arrival that weren't major but disappointing given the price point. Customer service was helpful when I reached out about it.

Quality is definitely there and my dog can't escape like he did from his old wire crate. The price point is quite high though, especially when you factor in shipping costs. Still happy with the purchase overall.
