Shipping and Assembly

Shipping. The boxes were heavy and so it was a hassle getting the two boxes up the stairs. The bed frame came damaged as well. There is a corner of the bed that cracked and split. The manual was also confusing at times since it didn't represent the pieces of the bed very well. There were some holes that were not drilled through, and so I had to make the holes to fit the bolts. Also, some slats were not stapled properly. Some were turned upside down and so they're not able to be fastened to the bed frame. Otherwise, the bed frame is nice. Very solid and heavy.

Super responsive customer service!

Received my desk way earlier than I expected - I believe it shipped out within two days! I also made the mistake of ordering it to a new address and they were responsive in updating the order to the correct address. Also, the desk itself is stunning.

Why is customer service dragging their…

Why is customer service dragging their feet? All I need is a replacement remote. I bought a lift recliner for my disabled husband, and we’re very happy with it. However, the remote cord got squished between the chair and the floor, so the chair does not work. I need a replacement remote. Despite explaining to Cheryl in 3 separate emails that my husband is now sitting in a chair that is neither safe nor appropriate for his condition, a asking for this to be expedited, I have only gotten impersonal, rote emails expressing absolutely no understanding the urgency of this situation. I tried to call and speak with someone and was met with impersonal responses such as- we can’t contact that department directly, I can’t transfer you to Cheryl, it will have to be dealt with by email. Why am I met with a brick wall? How do they not understand this situation is urgent? Do they even care? It doesn’t look like it to me.

purchased a $1500 standup desk with an obvious crack in the finish on the front. the only option they gave was to return it which was ridiculous once you unpack it. they should have given some sort of discount at least

Terrible company avoid at all costs

Terrible company terrible customer service ordered a chair which fell apart after a couple days and have been on 2 weeks of non stop back and fourth to arrange a return and refund, only to be met with constant offers of discounts, never using them again.

Amazing Customer Service

Excellent customer service

We ordered a recliner online through Home Depot. Everything was delivered on time and with all parts enclosed in the box. I had a question as to how to remove the backrest, once assembled, in case we were to move the recliner to another room with a small door opening. The customer service rep was very helpful and expedited finding a video she sent me showing how to disassemble the recliner.
