Noch nie wurden meine blonden Strähnchen so schlecht gemacht. Die Konturen wurden komplett ignoriert obwohl ich vorher darauf hingewiesen hatte, am Hinterkopf fehlen Strähnchen und das Deckhaar war nicht mehr blond sondern schon weiß! Absolute Katastrophe. Als ich nochmal zur Korrektur hinging, wollten sie tatsächlich auch noch Geld fürs Haare waschen und SELBST Föhnen von mir! Unverschämtheit!!!

Eigenlijk geen ster waard… eerste instantie super fijn dat ze nog zo last minite voor kerst een plekje hebben. Maar nu snap ik waarom. Bijna 2 uur gezeten voor een kleine manicure en het lakken van mijn nagels, gewone Normale lak. Niks te nadelen van het meisje wat mij geholpen heeft, ze deed echt haar best om het zo netjes mogelijk te doen maar het ging steeds fout. Je zag dat ze hier niet ervaren mee was en nog op school zat. Wat prima is. Alleen hoort er iemand haar te begeleiden. Iniedergeval even te checken hoe het gaat. En sws te MELDEN aan de telefoon dat het een lange zit word en of de klant daar de tijd voor heeft. Jullie tijd is kostbaar als iemand niet komt opdagen word er misschien ook wel geld inrekening gebracht. Hoe zit dit met mij tijd? De salon velaten met helemaal niets aangezien het na 1 uur en 50 min weer misging. Toen alles maar eraf laten halen anders zat ik nog een uur. Kansloze salon en bediening. Je mag wel een vrije dag nemen wil je hier je nagels laten lakken.

HOB, should be shut down, they are nothing but con ripping consumers off please contact the attorney general in your area if you have been ripped off by these scammers, they send defective products to consumers and refuse to correct their order or reimburse the consumer, I had this happen to me in 2021 and I will not let them get away with their Bleepsh++, the more complaints sent hopefully they will close this site down, and apparently some of the good reviews must be from bots, or consumers they have paid, shop at your own risk, the reviews are true they sell and shipped broken items, items that appeared to have been already used and etc. (see my previous post to explain)

Lamentablemente no vi los comentarios antes de hacer mi pedido. El servicio al cliente es horrible, no contestan y si contestan son cortantes. Como es posible que el envió a nivel nacional se demore 25 días HABILES!! y el retracto aplica cinco días hábiles después (cuando aún se tiene esperanza de que lo envíen) o después de los 25 días hábiles cuando ya para que!

Vuelvo nuevamente para ratificar lo que anteriormente les había mencionado. No pidan nada en este empresa, llevo 23 días de los 25 días que mencionan para el envío y aún no me ha llegado ninguna guía de envío del pedido. Cuando les escribí mi opinión pasada la empresa en pocas horas se comunico y nunca más se volvió a pronunciar. Se quedaron con mi dinero y yo sin el producto.

Ordered hundreds of dollars' worth, never received my skin care items. Filed a dispute with my bank, won the dispute. They then fabricated false evidence and took my money back — I didn't know better then but if House of Beauty World does this to you, you can start a dispute with PayPal. You are also allowed to pursue the matter legally.

Nie było to nic dużego, ale pieniądz to pieniądz, zwłaszcza dla osoby chorej która zostawia krocie w aptece każdego miesiąca. Chciałam anulować zamówienie przez nagłą konieczność powrotu do szpitala. Absolute zero szans... Miała być mała przyjemność, a jest wielki żal do samej siebie..
