As a host, I’m very pleased with Hosting Power’s service. The entire hosting process is smooth and well-organized, the contract is clear and transparent, and everything works exactly as promised. On top of that, the guest experience has been great. Overall, Hosting Power makes hosting easy. I highly recommend them.

Everything was smooth and I don't have to do much. Hosting is very efficient & I never had any problem with my guests as they are properly vetted. Only thing is cancellation policy should be 2 weeks minimum notice

I have hosted for a few years, hosting power never checked my property I was never vetted, guests are not vetted even tough they say they do on their website. All communication is by emails. It was foreign students who booked at first but with the current housing situation you can get all sorts booking as in the case of my last guest showed up drunk, which I cancelled on the spot in the interest of my safety. Please note that the host has nothing to do with the fee that hosting power charge guest so my last guest was confused about the money he paid Hosting power as he taught it was a deposit which is quite steep and non refundable which I do think is very unfair and a scam. Please note that the guest pays one or two weeks deposit to host, which is unfair to host but seems it ok to guest as they have paid a non refundable fee to hosting power. You see the guest for the first time when they check in and you cant ask them questions until you accept their booking. Because I cancelled the last two bookings in the interest of my safety I got suspended probably because they wouldn't refund the guests the money they paid them & the guest gave out to them. You are better off going on daft.ie and interviewing who stays in your house or as tenant going to view a property etc., you can apply the same rules if your want as tenants are very flexible these days plus ask for a months rent deposit while it is 2 weeks max with Hosting power.

Hostingpower makes it easy to rent a room in your house to a fully vetted person, and to ensure that both sides are happy with the arrangement.

Loads of fake ads on daft etc. When ever you come across ad by housingpower first check location. Its usually in industrial estate or shopping center etc. Recently theyre flooding market wit fake too good to be true ads but only when you check location you realise its Tersco or something that makes no sense at all.

Always responsive and reliable. I’ve been using Hosting Power since 2023 and have hosted over seven guests with no issues at all. They provided great guidance on improving my setup, which really helped increase bookings.

It is great to use the app to look for rented rooms as it guaranties safe and sure booking.

The ease of managing bookings The fact you reviewed documents references passport and eligibility to be here I have never had an awkward tennant Hosting power look after any difficulties you may have if any because I never had but good comfort to know you don't have awkward moments dealing with minor things that may come up Hosting power do all the work all you have to do is open the door to you new client All financial arrangements are in the contract so never a dispute All the T&C's and house rules are documented so never an issue to be delt with They only pick the best in order to develop their business If anyone renting doesn't consider Hosting Power then their really missing out

Hosting power website is excellent. Whenever I have a free room, I advertise it in hosting power and always get it filled in a few days. The guests are always friendly, follows house rules as well as pays rent on time. Also hosting power always replies to the emails if I have any queries
