Good communication from purchase to delivery. Prompt delivery and the item was delivered in good condition, beautifully wrapped with a personalised note enclosed, as well as returns info should that be required. The item purchased was as described - looks and feels great. I've used Hope three times over the last 12 months, and have always experienced excellent customer service.

Parcel arrived well packaged as always Arrived very quickly Green pleated skirt is lovely and just what I expected Blue ruffle dress was so creased I almost returned it However because it looked good in the picture I spent 30 mins ironing all the frills and it is now fit to wear

My second beautiful dress from Hope. Fantastic quality item - beautifully wrapped with a handwritten message inside. Speedily despatched. Have had numerous interactions with Hope; all of them warm and positive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is a lovely top. Sparkly but really soft. Has a subtle amount of sparkle. A versatile piece which you can layer in all manner of ways. Flattering. I am an apple shape size 16 so was worried it would show my tum. Went for the dual curvy which was loose but hangs really well and has a good length. No tummy issue. Can’t see this dating either, so a great investment.

Yet again, the lovely team at Hope have excelled themselves. My wardrobe is stuffed with Hope pieces, and although Foundation will always be my staple, this new khaftan is a show stopper. My favourite piece of Hope ever. Thank you Hope - you’ve knocked it out of the park again ❤️

I love Hope and have realised recently that I pretty much wear something from Hope almost every day, sometimes I am dressed head to toe in Hope clothes. The service is wonderful and I love dealing with this company.

Hope always have something in their range that I like. No, not like, LOVE. Over the past few years I have collected pieces from Hope which I will never part with and I always go to when I need to feel confident, different and happy. These include my black ruffle top, my long black ruffle dress, my structured black off the shoulder top and my black satin culottes, not forgetting my fabulous furry grey anorak and my recently acquired rain cape! All gorgeous, yep mainly black, people ask me about them and I direct them to Hope. My latest addition is the peacock blue 'Happy' dress, same as my black one but a brighter colour and a size up, but hey. Okay so I've made a few misjudged buys in the sale, (don't we all?) but at the end of the day, I know what I like/love and what suits me. Hope does not disappoint!

I wasn't sure when I sent off for this skirt whether it might cling in all the wrong places. I needn't have worried - it is flattering, hangs beautifully and is a beautiful fuschia pink. A fabulous find - especially in the sale.

Order arrived in time. I love the video showing how to alter the trousers should they be too long (which they were). I was able to follow the clear instructions despite having no dressmaking skills whatsoever! Keep it up!
