From start to finish Oisin was fantastic and made us feel nothing was a problem.. it was so easy rang and without a day the bed was up and working prefect with no hassle at all and then when we where finished taken away with no problem… I would recommend home care medical equipment

This is a very good bed with an exceptional air mattress. I had to lie on my back for a long time but, to the surprise of district nurses and carers never had even a hint of a bed sores. Plus I was really comfortable thanks to its unique way sending air through a series of channels and keeping it always moving, like a massage that is so slow you dont know it is happening, I also helped my arthritis. Service reliable and kind. It easily earns its five stars from me

Absolutely outstanding, and I'm so grateful. I needed to hire a hospital bed 'asap' but service is such a minefield, especially when you don't know where to start so I came to the reviews here and based my decision on that. Tony and Orsin were utterly superb. Nothing was too much trouble and on top of that they were able to get a bed in place (delivered and assembled) literally within hours. They were also so kind and compassionate in their approach - which I think sometimes is overlooked because the time you need this support is often near an emergency of sorts, and their professionalism was so reassuring. I took a bed from home care for hire and let me tell you. The best decision I made. My sales rep and coordinator was a gentlemen called Tony. Lovely chap. Very understanding and very flexible. Gave me a few extra days on the house and was really understanding as my mum just came out of hospital. Will be referring them to friends and family!!!!

This is a review I write with absolute pleasure 😁. After my husband had a horrendous biking accident last year ,there was no alternative but to hire a hospital bed for downstairs in our home. This company was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is an O T for the trust. On that note I didn't hesitate on making the call. From the minute Tony picked up the phone, I instantly knew I'd made the right choice. Everything was discussed very simply, Tony came from Monaghan,installed the bed ,went through a few minor details about the bed etc and that was that. The payment was done as normal via online and when we needed it for a few weeks longer ,it wasn't a problem. Everything was done with such ease . Tony , you are a true ambassador for this company and I would just like to say a huge Thank You, for all your help . I will not hesitate to recommend Home Care Medical to others if they should need it 👏

Tony has been amazing from first enquiry to bed pick up. He was extremely accommodating when dates changed with my daughters hospital release date, and extending the time needed. Nothing was ever a bother. Genuinely kind and helpful person, and would highly recommend.
