We have just exchanged and I wanted to take the opportunity to thank the team at Hodders for all the hard work in getting this across the line in time for Christmas. We sold our property and brought our new home with Hodders and they have been really fab from the start. I would like to specifically highlight Nicola in Sales Progression who not only kept the whole thing together and moving along, but also provided us with much needed emotional support through the whole process as well. The team at Hodders (Chertsey) have been brilliant since the moment they came to value my flat. At all points they provided regular updates and helped chase to get things over the line.

I had a poor experience with an agent prior to moving to Hodders, so I had fairly low expectations. To my surprise, Hodders' staff were excellent throughout. They were fully engaged, organised and efficient, warm and friendly. We did encounter some challenges with the sale but they dealt with them brilliantly. Their communication was always timely and they kept me fully informed throughout the process, consulting me as required and offering good advice when needed.

I am very grateful to Nicola for being able to complete this transaction. Her serious attitude, quick response, and customer-first attitude warm my heart. She is a good employee and her abilities have earned her company many praises.

Hodders were competent and helpful from the beginning, responded quickly to what I asked, and were great at progressing the sale when required.

I purchased my home through Hodders in 2021 and had a positive experience. When I needed to let my property for rent recently due to a relocation, I naturally returned to Hodders. I picked up a business card to follow up after my trip. Unfortunately, I lost my wallet while traveling abroad. Incredibly, the finder noticed the Hodders business card inside and contacted Addlestone branch. They promptly called me to inform me of the lost wallet and assist with its return. Thanks to their quick action, I was able to recover my wallet. I am truly grateful for the honesty of the person who found my wallet and the helpfulness of Hodders Addlestone team. It’s reassuring to know there are such kind and diligent people out there!

Our sale became a difficult one, but Karen in particular was instrumental in getting it over the finishing line. She was always bright and cheery, but professional and proactive at all times. All the staff at Hodder's were also helpful and friendly.

Karen does not do the big sell, promising prices that cannot be reached and timelines that will not be met, her experience as an estate agent is obvious and her direct professional approach kept you informed of what was happening at all times and she made you feel heard, you had a query or concern she was ready to listen and advise. Exactly what I wanted in an estate agent. Karen and the team at Hodders were always at the end of the phone, always courteous and happy to answer any queries or make suggestions.
