I have honestly had the most positive experience signing up with HMCA. In my opinion they clearly care who they employ to answer their phones and take potential customers through the stages of signing up to their services. Real people answer their phones, no pressing endless choices and being passed around from one department to another.. that was refreshing. I was dealt with by an extremely helpful lovely lady, so polite and knowledgeable as to what they would be able to cover me for or not. They even supplied me with a letter to my previous health provider to terminate my account with them. It was an effortless change over and has saved me a small fortune every month. I haven’t needed to use this health insurance as yet and hope that I won’t of course. But I feel safe guarded should I need to. My friend who recommended me to them has indeed used her health cover with this company and said they have been fantastic for her. So I would absolutely recommend HMCA to anyone looking for a new health insurance provider.

My experience was great the customer service team were very much on point. There was no hard sell and they have lots of knowledge of how your package works and what may be best for you.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. All the details and options were fully explained so I could make a properly informed decision on which policy was right for me. It could not have been easier. The premiums were also the best I could find from any medical cover supplier.
