Cycles perfectly in my AR-15 and groups decently at 100 yards. The price makes it ideal for high-volume training sessions. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for affordable practice ammo.

Bought 1000 rounds for a training course and was impressed with the consistency. Very few duds and the accuracy was adequate for what I needed. Will definitely order again when they have sales.

You get what you pay for with Herters - it's not match grade but it's reliable enough for plinking and general practice. The brass is reloadable which is a nice bonus.

Some batches shoot really well, others seem inconsistent. For the price it's acceptable but I've noticed variation between different lot numbers. Still use it for general range time though.

Out of 500 rounds, about 15 failed to fire properly. That's higher than I'd expect even from budget ammo. The ones that worked were fine, but the reliability isn't quite there for me.
It's budget ammo and performs like budget ammo. Gets the job done for plinking but I wouldn't use it for anything critical. The brass casings seem a bit thin compared to more expensive brands.
Orders always arrive quickly and well-packaged. The ammunition quality is solid for recreational use. Haven't had any major issues in the 2000+ rounds I've purchased over the past year.
Had an issue with my order and their support team resolved it quickly. The ammo itself performs well for the price range. Clean burning and consistent velocities at the range.
Good quality ammunition for recreational shooting. Consistent performance and clean burning. Shipping was fast and packaging was secure.
Most rounds perform as expected but occasionally get one that doesn't cycle properly. For casual shooting it's fine, but I'd probably go with something else for competition or hunting.
Started shooting recently and this ammo has been perfect for learning. Not too expensive so I don't feel bad about going through lots of rounds practicing.
Been using Herters ammo for my weekend range sessions and it's been solid. Price point is definitely competitive compared to other brands. Had maybe 2-3 misfires out of several hundred rounds, which is pretty typical.
