Meine Erfahrung mit der Klinik – einfach unbeschreiblich gut ❤️ Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich in dieser Klinik unglaublich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Tag 1 – Anreise Schon bei der Ankunft hat alles perfekt geklappt. Der private Transfer war pünktlich da und hat uns direkt zur Klinik gebracht. Dort wurden wir von Gökhan herzlich empfangen. Er hat mir die Klinik gezeigt und war von Anfang an stets an meiner Seite. Egal ob Fragen, Untersuchungen oder einfach nur zur Unterstützung – er war immer da. Ich habe mich bei ihm sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und bin ihm unendlich dankbar für alles, was er für mich getan hat. Er ist einfach der Beste. Tag 2 – Untersuchungen & OP-Freigabe Am zweiten Tag standen alle Untersuchungen an. Gökhan hat mich überallhin begleitet und mir sehr viel Sicherheit gegeben. Nachdem alle Ärzte ihr Okay für die OP gegeben hatten, konnte es losgehen. Der Doktor kam persönlich vorbei, um sich vorzustellen und alles ganz in Ruhe zu erklären. Er war super lieb, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für alle Fragen und man hat sich sofort in guten Händen gefühlt. Wirklich der beste Doktor! Auch nach der OP war Gökhan wieder da und hat mich begleitet – das hat mir unglaublich viel bedeutet. Tag 3 – Erste Schritte & Dichtigkeitstest Am dritten Tag ging es mir schon deutlich besser und ich konnte viel mehr laufen. Gökhan kam morgens um 9 Uhr zu mir und ist mit mir gemeinsam zum Dichtigkeitstest gegangen. Dort durfte ich zum ersten Mal wieder etwas trinken – das hat sich angefühlt wie ein kleines Geschenk, einfach wunderschön. Danach durfte ich meine Sachen packen und wurde mit einem privaten Transfer zur Healthy Life Clinic gebracht. Dort hat mich die liebe Gözde empfangen. Ich habe mich so gefreut, sie endlich einmal live zu sehen. Auch wenn ich noch sehr in Gedanken war und es ihr nicht richtig zeigen konnte, war sie mir deswegen nicht böse. Sie hat viel mit mir gesprochen, mir Mut gemacht und war einfach für mich da. Sie ist eine ganz wundervolle, liebe Frau und ich bin ihr unendlich dankbar. Auch jetzt ist sie immer für mich erreichbar – ich kann ihr jederzeit auf WhatsApp schreiben und bekomme immer eine Antwort. Tausend Dank ❤️ Anschließend ging es zur Ernährungsberaterin – eine sehr hübsche, junge und engagierte Frau, die genau weiß, was sie tut. Es wurde eine Analyse durchgeführt und mir ein individueller Ernährungsplan erstellt. Sie hat mich super beraten und war einfach total lieb. Danach ging es noch einmal zum Doktor, der mir Medikamente gegeben, alles genau erklärt und sich ehrlich dafür interessiert hat, wie es mir geht. Er hört zu und ist immer da. Im Anschluss wurden wir mit einem privaten Transfer ins Hotel gebracht, um uns zu erholen. Das Hotel war wunderschön und hat mir sehr gutgetan. Wir waren spazieren in der traumhaften Stadt Izmir. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir wieder pünktlich mit einem privaten Transfer abgeholt und zum Flughafen gebracht – alles lief reibungslos. Fazit Ich war insgesamt mehr als zufrieden mit dieser Klinik. Ich bin so froh, mich genau für diese entschieden zu haben, und kann mir wirklich keine bessere vorstellen. Alle Mitarbeiter, das gesamte Team und natürlich der Doktor sind unglaublich liebe Menschen. Niemand schaut einen schief an – man wird mit Respekt, Verständnis und Herzlichkeit behandelt. Dieses Gefühl ist einfach unbezahlbar. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder für diese Klinik entscheiden. Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team ❤️

Ich war nun das dritte Mal in dieser Klinik, zuletzt für eine Brust- und Bauchdeckenstraffung. Wieder kann ich ausschließlich positives berichten! Das Ergebnis ist sensationell, der Chirurg ist präzise und geht auf die Wünsche ein. Ein großes Lob an den Patientenbetreuer Gökhan! Ich verreise immer alleine und ohne Gökhan wäre es nicht gegangen, bzw. ist es mittlerweile meine Voraussetzung, dass er als Patientenbetreuer da ist, damit ich komme. Ein vollkommenes Vertrauen ist entstanden. Egal ob für die Übersetzung, als Unterstützung beim Laufen, Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Fragen zu jeder Zeit, oder für einen Smalltalk. Hoch professionell und gibt immer ein gutes Gefühl. Vielen Dank ich werde wieder kommen.

Ich habe Magen Balon gemacht und bin sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmals für alles, wir sehen uns in einem Jahr , hoffentlich 15-20 kg weniger😃

I wanted to share a review of the fantastic care I received at HealthyLife Clinic. I went in 2023 for a gastric sleeve with Dr. Serkan, who is truly amazing. I was a little scared at first, but when I arrived, Semih and the doctor made me feel completely at ease. The staff were all so good to me. I went back 8 weeks ago for a tummy tuck and arm skin reduction with the amazing Dr. Idris 🙌. After losing a total of 9 stone with the gastric sleeve, I needed to get the excess skin removed. Semih is fantastic—he's always there, just a phone call or message away. We've stayed in contact all this time and will continue to in the future. When I returned for the skin removal surgery, it was so lovely seeing the same nurses at the hospital. I highly recommend both Dr. Serkan and Dr. Idris. Both are incredibly professional and very caring before and after surgery. My results are incredible 🙌 cant wait for another 6months for full effects 👌.. You definitely wont be disappointed, I definitely wasn't and im a new person to look at 🙌🙌. Thank you to everyone at Healthylife clinic 💖

Right from the start Semin made the journey a stressfree one. He encouraged me and gave heads up on what and what to expect. The communication was very professional and topnotch. I am extremely satisfied with the work of this company. The entire team, especially Semih, is incredibly friendly, meticulous, and takes ample time for each individual patient. You immediately sense that their patients' well-being is truly important to them, and they put a lot of thought into ensuring the best possible care. Even after the operation, you are not left on your own. They continue to provide reliable support, answer all your questions, and are always ready to help. They take their work very seriously and at the same time, you can tell they are genuinely passionate about it. A definite recommendation!

Hello. I started my journey in Healthy Life Clinic last year, when I decided to put gastric balloon. I was over 100 kg. After one year I reached my goal , I lost 20 kg . After the baloon removal to maintain my loosing weight process I decided to get the Botox treatment too. I really appreciate everyone service and I would like to say thank you to Dr Serkan and very big thanks to Samih. His service is amazing. He is the one who look after you from A to Z. From the moment you arrive to Izmir to the last minute of your staying. I didn't need to worry about anything. I felt like VIP. Apart from the baloon and Botox combination I have to mantion that they offer a lot of different treatments too and what was the most important for me their prices are very competitive. Thank you all. And see you in the future in Healthy Life Clinic.

Ich hatte 2020 eine Magenverkleinerung zum Schlauchmagen und habe damit fast 50 Kilo abgenommen. Seither halte ich mit kleinen Schwankungen mein Gewicht. Filiz Akin hat mich während meines Aufenthalts perfekt betreut. Sie war entweder immer mal wieder persönlich bei mir im Krankenhaus (obwohl sie noch 2 weitere Patienten gleichzeitig zu betreuen hatte) oder war 24/7 telefonisch für mich erreichbar. Bei allen Vor- und Nachuntersuchungen war sie dabei und hat mir alles erklärt und übersetzt. Auch Ausflüge haben wir zusammen gemacht nach der OP. Ich war seitdem noch 2x bei ihr - zur Oberarmstraffung und zur Bauchdeckenstraffung. Und auch diese beiden Aufenthalte waren perfekt organisiert von Filiz. Dr Serkan Tügen war bei meiner Magenverkleinerung mein Arzt. An seiner Seite war ein junger Assistenzarzt. Dr Tügen hat mich vor der OP untersucht und mir mithilfe von Filiz‘ Übersetzungen alles erklärt. Er hat gleich gesagt „das war die richtige Entscheidung. Alles wird gut.“ und er hatte recht. Auch nach der OP war er im Krankenhaus bei mir und zur Abschlussuntersuchung in seiner Praxis. Ich persönlich habe die Entscheidung nie bereut und auch, dass ich die OP nicht in Deutschland sondern der Türkei habe machen lassen. Die Praxen und Krankenhäuser sind top und haben viel und nettes Personal. In Deutschland so nicht vorstellbar. Und in Deutschland hätte ich monatelang Selbsthilfegruppen, Ernährungsberatung und psychologische Tests über mich ergehen lassen müssen, um dann EVENTUELL die OP bezahlt zu bekommen…. Dann doch lieber so professionell und zufriedenstellend bei Dr. Tügen!

Ich bin Leonie & habe am 17.09.2025 ein Schlauchmagen bekommen von Dr.Serkan Tügen ich bin sehr dankbar für diesen Arzt er ist sehr sympathisch, nett und klärt auch überalles super auf. Ich hatte ein deutschsprachigen Mann ( Gökan) an meiner Seite bei allen Voruntersuchungen, bei fragen , Unsicherheiten, Rat , Hilfe er war immer da bis heute nach der Op ist er jederzeit erreichbar und hilft mir sehr 🥰 Das gesamte Team ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett 😊 und ist immer für ein da. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen vom abhol‘ Transfer bis zum Begleiter( Gökan) bis hin zur Krankenschwester, und OP Team bis hin zum OP Arzt Dr.Serkan Tügen bin ich mehr als zufrieden 🙏🏻. Ich bin das zweite mal bei Healthy Life Clinic. Anfang des Jahres für einen Magenballon und jetzt zur Magen verkleinerung. Das Personal ist super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Ich bin Gökhan sehr dankbar, dass er mir durch den gesamten Prozess im Krankenhaus geholfen hat. Die liebe Nükhet war für mich auch eine große Bereicherung wirklich toll - als es um Fragen über die Unterkunft, die Flüge, Planung/ Abläufe ging. Das Hotel & Krankenhaus wo man operiert wird alles super. Ein sehr großes Dankeschön geht aber an Dr. Serkan Tügen - von der Aufklärung bis zu den Behandlungen einfach super, ein toller Arzt. Ich kann die Klinik wirklich jedem der eine Behandlung möchte definitiv empfehlen.

I’m thrill with my experience with Healthy life clinic, the staff was more than welcoming, help me with everything I needed. Im very grateful with Semih that helped me through all the process; for the accommodation, the flights, translator. For helping answer my enquiries 24/7. The nurses and the doctors were very kind, they helped me feel more at eased. The hotel they provided for me was really good, the staff were very friendly. At the beginning I was feeling a bit nervous but their staff were very lovely people that made me feel more calm. I totally recommend the clinic, besides their lovely staff, their installations and the service provided were more than great. After my procedure Semih has always been very attentive and keeping contact with me to support me in anything I need.
