Great customer service

I have used the clinic for a couple of years now, treatments are very good, Drs always good at explaining things, answering questions etc. Reception team friendly and efficient too.

The staff here are very professional and friendly. They will tailor the treatments to suit your personal needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to the clinic for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had a variety of treatments from injectables to laser treatments. The doctors and other staff are really fabulous. And it’s so clean and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I booked a course of Hydrafacials and am pleased with how my skin is looking. The therapists Ceelay and Shannon and extremely knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions that I may have. I'm very pleased I found this aesthetic clinic - I will be booking in for more treatments.

I had a verucca on my index toe for around 4-6 years making it rather deep to treat but Dr Vimple made sure that I had enough anaesthetic and I wasn’t in pain. She checked in with me regularly to make sure I was following all my post operative care to ensure it didn’t get infected and was constantly available for me to message or call her with any queries. Not to forget how lovely and welcoming all the ladies at front desk were. Thank you to all the ladies at Health and Aesthetics Clinic !

I’m very surprised to read some of the reviews as I’ve been coming here a couple of years. There is no way I would let anyone else Botox my face other than Vimple she is simply amazing!! She takes so much time with me and yes it’s £350 for 3 areas but the amount of time she takes and the fact you go back after 2 weeks for a top up so it lasts as long as possible for you, and she won’t stop till it is perfect. I was such a bag of nerves when I started she gave me her mobile incase I was unhappy I could ring in the week before my follow up appointment. Also she has opened up in the week for me in the evening when I wanted some more put in and reassurance. I cannot fault vimple and her team they are amazing and I’ve had facials etc as well. She’s made my skin look fab and kept me looking my age. Do not hesitate to book you will be taken very good care of. I am a very nervous customer and I’m always happy with my treatments and service. Also I’ve asked about some treatments and Vimple has been very honest and said you don’t need it. Thus saving me money. They definitely don’t just take your money I would say it’s the opposite they want the best for you.

I agree with the others - avoid. Only about money - rude, abrupt and unbending on the phone. No interest in making clients feel good or happy - just about every penny. And this is not a fake review before I am dismissed in that way - but I would expect nothing less. Just did not feel heard, taken care of and a bad experience from start to finish. Its a money making conveyor belt - but not sure that the route you want for your face and body.

Staff were very progressional. Were able to answer all of my questions and gave me advice on following treatment and aftercare. Facilities were very clean and Covid safe.

Its good to have the confidence that Dr Kaur uses only the highest quality products. After that comes her technique which is based on her knowledge of facial anatomy and her expertise and experience. Definitely an aesthetic doctor you can trust.

This was my second visit as I was very impressed… lovely and clean clinic very welcoming and staff are all lovely especially Selay… very professional kind caring and explained everything about the process of the treatment I was going to have. This is a little gem of a place right on my doorstep. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.
