Guitar Audio Reviews

Ordered/paid and received an empty envelope with no product. Called contact number posted on a product website and the owner answered and seemed very concerned with how I got his number (posted on the internet). Said I would have to file a claim with Amazon so we would both be reimbursed. I asked why the onus was on me to remedy the issue and asked him what actions his company would take to resolve the issue with Amazon—his reply, nothing. No other solution was offered like “we will ship a replacement item” etc. Nonexistent customer service. When I told him I would dispute the charges on my credit card, he became upset and said Amazon doesn’t like that. And told me not to do this. At the end of the day, I paid and did not receive a product. Recommend Pennsylvania Attorney General look into their Business Practices. Owner hung up on me and issue is unresolved.

Order status stuck on “processing” for a month, even though all ordered items were listed as being in stock. No response to emails enquiring about it. Will be opening a paypal case to get my money back. Sadly i must agree with the other poor reviews.

Just not a very good company. They don't answer emails or phone calls. I don't think they care if you buy from them or not. They mark items shipped and never ship it. There's many other options out there for the stuff they sell. Do yourself a favor and find one. This place ain't it.

FRAUD ALERT: Wish I had read the horrible reviews. Ordered $110 snare case. I paid. They never delivered. Won’t reimburse me. Claimed it was still in shipping (it’s been FIVE MONTHS) won’t give me shipping info to contact Amazon or FedEx. Now they’re ghosting me. So… yeah. FRAUD ALERT

I have ordered several items at this shop and got scammed. The package was send to a wrong address by Guitaraudio and returned to the sender (Guitaraudio). Still after several attempts to contact them asking for my money back or to resend the package I do not get any reply other then „please check the tracking number“ which shows that the package was returned“. After asking them for a statement I get no reply even though I have asked many times via different channels. This seems like a common practice of this shop. Stay away if you are a international buyer!

horrible customer service. didn't receive the order In almost 3 month and it's impossible to contact them

I have never experienced customer service like this place. 6 weeks still no product...calls never answered, emails ignored. Finally after weeks received a Paypal refund. Buyer Beware!!!!

Una web imprescindible y de referencia para los amantes de los instrumentos.

I purchased an electronic drum set for my husband from Guitar Audio. The item came quickly, and my husband loves his gift :)
