The service engineer was on time and very clean and tidy.

Problem rectification
Gregor visit was to address a previous installation issue. Today the Gregor engineer was very helpful and explained all of the issues as he resolved them. Left the place clean and tidy. A shame the original Gregor installation team had not correctly installed the bathroom shower valves.
