Speedy delivery

Comprei uns espumantes para uma celebração mas não estava em casa na hora de entrega, nem ouvi a chamada do condutor (Jorge). Quando finalmente liguei, o condutor acedeu a fazer um desvio à sua rota para entregar numa morada alternativa. A celebração fez-se pelo sentido de cliente do Jorge (e apesar da minha distração).

Na altura da encomenda referi que a entrega, deveria ser acordada uma data e hora. Tal não aconteceu. Creio que é unico aspecto a melhorar.
