I ordered one item and paid for it and 2 months later when trackingn it as I hjadnt gotten it, it said it was still processing the order. tried to fill out their on line form to cancell order and that didnt work. So CHATGBT gave me 2 email adresses where i wrote to them to cancell the order and refund the payment. Also never got a confirmation email once the order was placed.

Les recomiendo a todos que no compren en esta empresa. En mayo compré y pagué un artículo, pero no me lo entregaron. Me prometieron que estaría bien, pero perdí el dinero. Compro mucho en línea, especialmente en Temu (nunca he tenido problemas), pero Grandado es malo. Tengan cuidado con estos estafadores.

Am 28. Dezember 2024 haben wir eine Bestellung aufgegeben und direkt bezahlt. Bis heute haben wir nichts erhalten - weder die Lieferung, noch das Geld, noch sonst irgendeine Info. Leider fehlt uns auch eine Kontaktadresse oder ein Helpdesk, wo wir reklamieren könnten.

Easy to order, but on paying I got confused about card or type. Or it could be just me. Would be better if Finish and Pay came up , but overall easy. Thanks Ron Sutton.
