The product is what I had hoped for: same look and feel vs a retailer in town but 50% cheaper. The delivery took as long as it says on the website, so fine from an expectation setting POV, but still a loooong time from ordering to having the product in your hands.

The order arrived in 3 weeks which was OK as goods came from China. It was exactly as ordered.

I ordered a battery and charger. Only a battery was delivered. When I complained they tried to blame me. Eventually they offered a partial refund, which hopefully they will honour. But I will not shop with them again.
