My car was in for it's annual MOT, The staff was excellent i drove the vehicle to the garage and one of the staff drove me home and on completion of the MOT was informed and picked up what more could you ask for. The garage was Motor Works South Molton

.com or .co.uk it doesn't really matter does it? Google continues to ply their crap. Giving me results for pkr or rupees or hindi despite me being in the uk? Additionally search function operates like stevie wonder in a dark room with the lights turned off. Does google even care about these reviews? Hell no. I've made countless requests and they ignore everything. So happy that chatgpt, copilot and other ai are starting to make an impact. Google got too big for it's boots, hopefully they crumble.

Superb work, undertaken with great consideration

David Parker Plastering, Morecambe. It was only a small repair job, but David gave it the care and consideration that he would have given to a larger project. He came to assess the work and estimate the cost when he said he would, ( always a plus if you have to wait in for someone.) David undertook the work very quickly for me, an excellent job done, and all tidied away, at the price he quoted. Thank you David.

Google News Npr Personalised and Gmail Spam Issue

I use Google news most days. Reports about video games appear on my page almost every day and sometimes two or three per day. For the last two months I have marked most of these as an item I want to see fewer of. No reduction a s far as I can tell. Why invite noting preferences if not acted on? I have also identified many local newspapers as sources I don’t want to see. The same websites do not reappear but I still get links for areas I have no connection with. I also get stuff that is PR handouts from companies, not news. As for email, I get a lot of spam, often fraudulent, that uses gmail addresses. As I use Outlook for email, I have no easy way of reporting these to gmail. Lots of other companies make it a simple matter of forwarding the offending email as an attachment. Hy doesn’t Google do more to help make life for spammers and crooks more difficult?

Unusable due to captchas

Unusable due to constant captchas. I was spending around 5 mins every day doing stupid captchas just to be able to search on Google. It was so repetitive and annoying. Now I've switched to DuckDuckGo.

Sunday Lunch The Millside Cloughmills

Booked a table and when arrived had to wait, when directed to our table we asked if we could sit somewhere else as we were two and the table was for four. This was refused rather sharply making us feel we didn't matter. Toilets no paper towels and dryer turned off. Had to point out tea and coffee was included with our meal, and when paying price was different than advertised.

Snows Toyota Exeter

I ordered a new car back in 2022 from Snows. All through the process Oliver Manley the sales executive kept me informed. Finally the car arrived last week and I visited the dealer to prepare for the hand over and do the paperwork the day before. Manav the business manager was a delight to deal with as was Sally the receptionist who kept me filled up with coffee. Went back the next morning where the car was waiting and they were all there again. The customer service was fantastic. Chatty, friendly and so welcoming. Thank you for making the whole experience of buying the vehicle so enjoyable. Well done Snows.
