Buying from Golfclubs4cash is always a good experience but unfortunately my latest club was not exactly what I wanted so I returned it for a refund. The first part of this process was easy until DPD managed to take 10 days to complete the 120 mile journey which I could have walked quicker. 5 stars for GC4C and 0 stars for DPD.
Quick deliver as always and the club was exactly as described.

Member of staff was trying to serve multiple people at the same time, so none of us knew what was going on. Offered a lot less for my trade ins without any real explanation of why. Really did not feel my custom was important

The whole process was painless and went according to expectations. I found, on a sample, that clubs4cash prices were a bit keener than a main competitor. I liked the arrangement for DPD to come and collect the boxes (4) at my specified time. The turnaround time once the clubs were collect to money into my bank account was pleasingly prompt. I would 100% recommend and use again.
Great choice of clubs ranging from well used to hardly used. Description as to condition of clubs plus related photographs and cost made the choice much easier. When the new club arrived it matched the description perfectly. Reasonable prices and quick delivery time. All in all a very good customer experience.
