The payment interface is clear, the arrangement is neat and the content is complete.

Really easy navigation of the offer/booking confirmation. Additionally, great detail in the contract, where the contract terms made a lot of sense, and very informative.

I had a little issue with the payment as our card was declined and only specific card types were accepted. But otherwise, the booking process was very easy and intuitive. Furthermore, I got great help from An, who was really quick to help. Thank you!
