Best staff, location (next to Italian gardens in Hyde Park), services (new gym & common room & laundry). In fact, the whole building is newly renovated, and even when management issues arise, they manage them with integrity and commitment to students I love this place, it has good energy with Talbot gardens at entrance. Sneak into Mercure hotel next door and walk through in nice warm settings as roads are cold and raining, and you find yourself in Italian Bella restaurant, great for pizza, spaghetti and best cappuccino. The only downer is area is expensive but worth it. You are also 5 minutes from Paddington station with direct routes to Heathrow. Most important, the staff smile and help. Don't be afraid to walk in, they will help you get a room, but don't love it too much that you come back for further studies and research! :)
