The Gesso that I had ordered had opened in the box, so a lot of it was noT usable. I think if it had had a tape around it it might not have happened.

The ordering process etc was great, however using dpd to deliver a small parcel was a disaster. They failed to deliver 4 days in row but didn’t actually didn’t even try then stated I had to collect from local co-op during the worst snow we’d had in ages. They gave excuses including I was out then the day after couldn’t find property. I tried to make a complaint to them but they won’t allow me to as I’m not the customer but GLS are. Extremely frustrating process and sadly reflects badly on you as Im unlikely to order from you again due to delivery issues. Following my review GLS contacted me and were amazing! They apologised for delivery nightmare and explained what had happened. They refunded the full amount of my order and resent it to be delivered to my house. It arrived very rapidly and the whole experience was excellent. What a company I am so impressed not only did they make every effort to fix this but there was someone on the phone to actually speak too which is such a pleasure compared to other companies who only have online chats with robots! Thank you so much.

Placed an order on the 18th December as a Christmas present. I was aware that it may not arrive in time for Christmas but it did and with time to spare. An incredible service. Thank you. Most competitive price on the market for the products I bought. I also got free delivery. I wanted to order the products again due to price and service but unfortunately in the space of 10 days my order has increased by £10. Such a shame.
