When placing the order
When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Urgent order
We are a small School and sometimes need to order at the last minute which yesterday was after 2pm - well after the cut off for next day delivery. I pleaded my case; customer services were very helpful but didn't think they could help. But at 09:00 this morning the order arrived. Thank you so much!!
