When placing the order
When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Issue resolved quickly
I had an issue with one part of my order. I took some pictures, emailed in to the customer service address and when I came in the next day - I had an email waiting to say that a replacement order was already on the way to me. I'm really please with this customer service and how quickly the problem was resolved.
