When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

The delivery company are useless but GLS sorted them out!
After initial delays due to the less than reliable delivery company, GLS came up trumps, contacted me and sorted it out. Parcel has just arrived so thank you to GLS; the contents, well wrapped in plastic, had survived intact.

Great service from GLSβ¦
We always have great service from GLS but this time I made a mistake and told them we hadn't received a box of stationery when we had. A replacement was sent out to us and when I realised my mistake and contacted them, I had a very nice email back from the Customer Services Adviser, Michaela Brogan saying we could keep the items.
