When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Reasonably priced and came quicker than expected bearing in mind one item was out of stock when i ordered. Postage could be cheaper if royal mail 48 hr tracked was an option.

Feel quite shafted to be honest
Feel quite shafted to be honest - website gave external dimensions of 55cm but this appears to have changed to 60 cm same time and potentially produced to larger size during the delayed shipping period I requested and it still came late from an unprofessional logistics company that swore at me down the phone as another supplier from the city appears to have also messed around with the sizing of cubular units sending me 120cm x 40 cm long ones instead. - quite concerned about ongoing racially discriminatory cartel sabotage being practiced upon me by the city of Manchester.

Helpful and speedy
I found the staff very helpful. They responded promptly to my request for a quote. I had to change the address for delivery after I got the quote and that all went very smoothly. I have no complaints about GLS and the way they handled my enquiry. It only took a couple of days to get everything sorted out
