When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Delivery
Carol Wright was very helpful when a delivery didn't arrive next day, she explained that the reason was the weight of the package. When I explained it was urgent she contacted the courier and managed to get them to deliver to us on the day I called. We were very grateful for her help and I felt she went above an beyond, an excellent ambassador for her company.
