When placing the order

When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

1 good company to deal with

1 good company to deal with, but....... 2 getting delivery address correct was a little difficult 3 DPD said that they were unable to deliver the item...even though there was someone on the premises all day.

Great Customer Service

After placing my order I realised I'd missed an item. I phoned customer services and the person I spoke with was able to add the item to my original order which meant I didn't have to pay p&p. She was very helpful.
